I become a volunteer educator in schools for Project Rescue Ocean

Mission description

We seek volunteer educators in schools to raise awareness about protecting seas and oceans with audiences ranging from 5 to 18 years old. Since 80% of marine waste comes from land, it's important to extend our awareness everywhere. Interventions last 1 to 2 hours. The goal is to awaken young awareness to the problem's scale and individual power to act. Student interaction is a priority. Sessions have three parts: presentation of the association and its activities; introduction to pollution and waste concepts; reflection on waste origins and pollution consequences (impact on animals and importance of ecological behavior).
