Mission description

As a team leader within a local group, my mission is to provide quality activities and supervision for the young people in my care. My tasks include: implementing an educational project, organizing educational activities (games, campfires, outdoor activities, crafts, sports, spiritual), supervising daily life, communicating with families, and monitoring each child's progress. Activities typically occur on Saturday afternoons, full days, or weekends according to a schedule set by the team. A 2-week summer camp is organized. Attendance at every meeting is not mandatory but should be consistent.
