Mission description

Social Builder is an association founded in 2011 that works toward an inclusive digital economy by offering equal professional opportunities to women and men. In 2024, the association became a winner of the France 2030 "Skills and Future Professions" initiative with the "Feminizing Future Professions" (FEMA) program. This is a national program to support and raise awareness among women regarding career transition or professional integration in future digital sectors facing talent shortages: Cybersecurity, Industry of the Future, and Sustainable Cities (energy, mobility, and construction). The three FEMA components focus on attracting women, among other objectives.
