As an Energie Jeunes volunteer, you work in pairs in middle school classrooms in priority neighborhoods to help students believe in their chances of success, develop autonomy, and build school perseverance. Joining Energie Jeunes means fighting educational inequality and actively reducing social fatalism among young people from disadvantaged areas! You must show listening skills, compassion for students, and strong commitment. With Energie Jeunes, you can evolve and participate in varied, stimulating missions.
