As an Energie Jeunes volunteer, intervene in pairs in priority neighborhood middle school classes helping students believe in their success chances, develop autonomy and academic perseverance. Combat educational inequality and concretely reduce social fatalism among disadvantaged youth. Demonstrate listening, kindness, and reliability toward students and the organization.
