E.S.A invites professionals, retirees, and students to volunteer weekly mentoring children and young people whose parents cannot provide academic support. The role includes individualized mentoring (confidence-building, methodology, academic guidance), broadening children's horizons, and supporting parental involvement in education. If you have a few hours weekly and want to promote success and independence for disadvantaged children, join E.S.A's local chapters organized by city or region.
