Your role includes managing appointment schedules, filing, preparing administrative work for food basket distribution, and archiving. The association distributes food baskets to families in precarious situations. After our social team assesses families' eligibility, you'll contact them to explain how we work and schedule their basket pickup times. Distributions happen daily at our main site and branch locations. Administrative work takes place mornings from 9 AM–12 PM.
