The Friendly School Support organization pairs students, working professionals, or retirees with students whose parents cannot help them academically. Support includes individualized guidance (confidence-building, methodology, career orientation), broadening the child's perspective, and helping parents support their child's education. We seek volunteer mentors to support children and youth toward success and independence, one hour per week during the school year. You will help them regain confidence, review basics, and find effective learning methods.
