Welcome parents and future parents unconditionally with children under 6. Practice active listening, availability, and discretion. Foster family exchanges and support self-expression. Participate in space organization. Commit to monthly 1.5-hour practice analysis sessions (Fridays 2-3:30pm), complete CAF-funded 2.5-day training, maintain scheduled presence, and be an association member signing the volunteer charter. Previous experience preferred.
