Fondation Arts et MétiersMission description
Mentoring is a voluntary, medium-to-long-term relationship (at least six months) between a young person and a mentor, supported by a professional structure, focused on career guidance or professional insertion. You'll accompany a vocational school student, helping build their confidence, autonomy, and personal development. You'll receive mentor training: two 2-hour sessions on mentor approach, one hour on career pathways, one hour on guidance, and 10 self-training modules. You'll benefit from ongoing support and a community of mentors.
