The delegate's main responsibility is ensuring the delegation's development and visibility, with an overview of all activities. You work directly with your development officer, reporting issues and sharing best practices. You help recruit new volunteers, integrate them, and ensure proper training. You support and care for the volunteer team, organize regular meetings, and ensure the CRM is updated and membership fees are collected.
