Sensitive to extreme poverty and enjoy connecting with people from all backgrounds? Have strong interpersonal skills? This mission is for you. At Entourage, outreach visits are called 'Nomadic Encounters'. Small groups of volunteers and neighbors visit homeless people downtown to chat, get to know them, and offer human warmth. We provide only one vital need: human contact and social connection. Goal: change perspectives on homelessness, combat stereotypes, and build genuine links.
