I collect unsold food from market days to cook instead of throwing it away

Mission description

On market days (particularly Friday midday), we meet with greengrocers about to throw away unsold items, collect them, and transform them into delicious dishes. Coco Cantine is both a place to eat and a multipurpose meeting space, featuring affordable prices and vegetarian recipes made from unsold or organic products. Our commitments: good food for everyone and against food waste; a warm, welcoming space open to the neighborhood and beyond. It's a fun mission because we go as a team to meet people, and we often get pleasant surprises in what's donated. Turning waste into delicious food is an effective way to take action.
