I participate in coaching high school students on specific missions and/or mentor students during internships or education on a more regular basis

Mission description

In this role you: Contribute to defining our organization's education strategy. Maintain or initiate contacts with relevant partners. Design and promote interventions with our partners. Manage implementation of these interventions. Provide follow-up to mentored young people. Working with other volunteers, your role is to help develop actions preparing young people for entry into working life, providing support and encouragement in pursuing their studies through coaching-mentoring.
