Are you 20-30? Even if you don't know scouting but love nature, tent camping, and meeting others, this appeals to you. Whether you've been a scout wanting to share that adventure with youth, or you're new but interested, this works. Whether pursuing your BAFA, validating practical training, or already certified—if you have skills and talents to share, enjoy managing team projects, want to animate with teens through games, songs, debates, fun, and projects, and want to accompany youth toward autonomy, this is your experience.
