I lead game groups at the detention center

Mission description

Work in a correctional facility to lead a game group with detainees. Meet detainees to break down stereotypes. Co-facilitate groups of 5-10 inmates using board games (cards, Rummikub, Scrabble, etc.) to offer them a break from daily routine, quality time in a secure setting, and contact with people from outside society to maintain connection with social codes. These activities help prepare people for reintegration upon release.
