Working in the solidarity shop, you welcome customers, help orient and advise them. You're also available to listen while inviting them to the shop's café corner where they can relax, chat and spend time with other volunteers. Quick training on shop organization (know-how) and expected approach (soft skills) are provided. Essential interpersonal ease, enjoyment of exchanges with people about clothing, and pleasure in approaching people to offer help and invite them for coffee.
