I reach out to isolated elderly people and organize group activities to strengthen social bonds
Petits Frères des Pauvres Bretagne - Pays de LoireMission description
Petits Frères des Pauvres Nantes and local social housing associations are testing a new initiative to combat elderly isolation. As a volunteer, you'll join a committed team to visit elderly people door-to-door and by phone, identify vulnerability, build social connections, inform them of local resources, offer social gatherings, organize and co-run collective activities, and work as a team. Help create social connections with elderly people in their neighborhood and fight isolation.
