Mission description

Under coordination of the Accompaniment Department manager and working with social workers and volunteer team, provide regular, trusting proximity support to tenants by stimulating their capacity to take control of their lives: welcome new tenants and help them settle in their homes and neighborhoods, create regular relationships to share concerns and ideas, support them in personal, professional, and leisure projects, and help with various tasks.
