Under coordination of the Support Services Manager, work with social workers to provide close support to tenants, helping them become active in their lives. Welcome new tenants and help them settle into their homes and neighborhoods, provide daily life support and build meaningful relationships, accompany people to medical and administrative appointments, and help with administrative tasks and personal or professional projects.
