ECECOMission description
In pairs, you facilitate and lead discussion groups or workshops for job seekers. Listen to their projects and obstacles to support, reinvigorate, and guide them toward employment. Participate in friendly sharing activities rich in human connections that improve self-confidence. Depending on your availability, you can support job seekers weekly or participate occasionally in workshops.
