DEMAIN LES FILLES is a female mentorship program created by ENSEMBLE EN STAGE, giving high school girls from priority neighborhoods in Réunion the keys to seize their futures. Mentorship pairs a second-year student with an inspiring woman working in a Réunion company. As a mentor, you will support a young girl for at least 3 months, helping her refine her future project: educational guidance, CV help, internship search, etc. You will open your company doors, show her different professions, accompany her on cultural and educational outings, and support her ambitions.
