In rural areas, solidarity is key to mobility! Since 2020, the Solidarity Mobility program by Fédération Familles Rurales connects residents with transportation needs to volunteer drivers. The program is expanding since March 2025 in Touraine Vallée de l'Indre to help people without licenses, vehicles, or temporary/permanent limitations reach medical appointments, do shopping, or visit loved ones.
