Mission description

Support the instructor during a karate session adapted for women who have experienced violence. Help prepare and organize the room (setting up mats, welcoming participants, distributing uniforms), observe actively during the session. Minimum 4-month commitment at 1-2 afternoons per month. No prior karate experience required. A phone interview is mandatory before starting.
