Mission description

Welcome the public, listen to their requests, and respond to them or connect them with the relevant association representative. The existing volunteers form a tight-knit, dynamic team serving various missions across a large territory. If you join us, they will support you and provide all necessary help alongside the training offered. Consumers visit office hours to join, get advice on consumption issues, or receive assistance resolving disputes with merchants, banks, insurers, etc. Currently, volunteers are needed for Maubeuge office hours Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday.
