I staff a "reading kiosk" in a park 1-2 hours per month

Mission description

Join us for an outdoor shift at a "reading kiosk" for 1-2 hours monthly, located in a busy square in the 11th district. The reading kiosk is a mini-library stocked with donations from neighborhood residents. The mission is relational—welcoming visitors, explaining the volunteer operation, and closing after each session. The square features children's games, a fitness area, and sports facilities, allowing you to interact with diverse visitors: young children and parents, teenagers, and adults. Availability is flexible: Saturday or Sunday morning or afternoon, Wednesday, or during school holidays.
