I support exiled minors with their administrative procedures in France

Mission description

During administrative sessions, the association welcomes unaccompanied foreign minors undergoing recognition of their minor status until recognition or adulthood. These young people have not been recognized as minors in initial evaluation by the Departmental Council and have appealed this decision to the courts. Not recognized as minors, they are not supported by Child Welfare Services and benefit from neither youth nor adult provisions. If they are not recognized as minors during appeals to the Children's Court or Court of Appeal of Douai, their situation changes as they become adults.
