Mission description

Provide quality activities and supervision for young people as part of an educator team. Use game-based, project-focused pedagogy rooted in nature and community living. Create a space where youth can dream, take action, succeed in their projects, and build meaningful connections. No prior experience or scout background required—trainings (including BAFA and BAFD) are partially funded throughout the year. Must be at least 19 years old.
