Finding your first job or apprenticeship isn't easy, especially without guidance. Young people contact us for support with applications (CV, cover letter, interview prep, job search techniques, etc.). As a mentor, you guide one young person at your own pace through our platform. You help them identify their strengths, build an action plan, and track their progress. A typical mentorship lasts three months at 2-3 hours per month. Become a mentor to promote equal opportunities in society.
