I coordinate the Bureaux du Cœur delegation in Le Mans

Mission description

Working alone or with a co-delegate, your main responsibility is ensuring the development and visibility of the delegation. You have a global overview of all delegation activities and work directly with your development manager, communicating challenges and good practices. You participate in recruiting and integrating new volunteer referents, ensure volunteers complete their training, support and care for referents, and organize regular team meetings. You also maintain the CRM database and monitor performance metrics.
