Mentor a young person (ages 14-21) in the child welfare system through Les Ombres association to help them enter working life. Guide them through career orientation and job search by helping with CV and cover letter writing, actively searching for internships and apprenticeships, preparing for job interviews, and reviewing applications. Help them understand workplace culture and professional codes.
