Offer emotional support and presence to new mothers during postpartum, bringing home-cooked meals to help ease their burden. No cooking expertise required—simple meals are perfect. Volunteer throughout the Meuse department, visiting homes on flexible schedules with no obligation to participate in every delivery. Volunteers report great satisfaction, social connection, and diverse encounters.
