To become a volunteer: 1. Complete an interview 2. Be available for the full day 3. Care for elderly participants (offer arm support, join games, set up and tidy the space, provide refreshments, etc.) 4. Foster a friendly atmosphere among volunteers. Offer companionship to bring joy to elderly people.
