Receive, listen to, and support young people aged 16-25 from the local employment center in their professional IT and digital career projects. Help review their résumés and cover letters, prepare them for job interviews, and find companies for employment or apprenticeships. We run a mentoring network with strong results. Initial support happens at the employment center, then continues by phone or video. This role suits volunteers with strong IT and digital world knowledge.
