Mission description

Entering the workforce or choosing an education path is crucial, often harder for young people in child welfare services. Become a mentor with Les Ombres and guide a young person (14-21) to help them understand the professional world and build their future! Your role is to guide them in orientation and job search. Depending on their needs, you can help with: CV and cover letter writing, actively searching for internships and apprenticeships, preparing for job interviews, reviewing and preparing applications (like for Parcoursup), and learning workplace culture.
