Working in pairs, provide both moral and methodological support to people facing employment challenges. Participate in monthly solidarity group meetings with other volunteers for support, sharing, and networking. Access training programs, seminars, and inter-group meetings at regional and national levels. We provide essential training to ensure quality mentoring, helping job seekers regain confidence and define their career goals.
