I welcome and guide people during physical and/or telephone office hours

Mission description

This mission's main purpose is to break the isolation and loneliness of people welcomed by the organization and provide specific information during dedicated office hours. You will choose a time slot to hold physical and/or telephone office hours. Your missions may include welcoming people physically in a friendly and non-judgmental manner, offering refreshment, listening to them, and orienting them to appropriate services or organizations to promote access to their rights.
