Mission description

Mission overview: Founded in 2015, Micros Rebelles is a self-managed community radio station in the mining basin. We produce local news with a social, political, and cultural focus from a critical perspective. As a popular education association, we also run radio workshops and media and information literacy programs for children, youth, and adults. Micros Rebelles is not just a media outlet providing information; it's a social media that must fulfill its role of information dissemination as a vital hub for culture, democratic life, and social dynamics—which also involves passing knowledge to others. With our transition to FM broadcasting (99.6FM), we want to welcome new volunteer hosts. We need your energy and ideas!
