Mission description

Friendly School Support (E.S.A) invites students, working professionals, and retirees to volunteer weekly supporting students whose parents cannot help them academically. The role includes personalized accompaniment (building confidence, study methods, guidance), broadening their perspectives, and helping parents support their child's education. Mentors commit to one hour per week during the school year to help children succeed and build autonomy, assisting with schoolwork, rebuilding confidence, reviewing basics, and finding motivation.
