Mission description

Your mission: welcome and support people in difficulty at Caritas. Specifically: meet with people by appointment, provide a friendly telephone and in-person welcome (coffee, drinks, etc.), understand stated needs and provide referrals if necessary, work as a team with other volunteers to follow up with families or individuals. Required skills: align with Caritas's project and participate in necessary trainings, be comfortable with active listening.
