Do you have over 2 years of employment experience and want to share it with a young employee starting their career? By joining Woork, you become a mentor and support a young employee aged 18-30 in their early professional life. Youth integration into the workplace is a collective challenge: Woork actively works to help them secure employment and accelerate financial independence. Eight out of ten young employees with permanent contracts leave their company in the first year, and one out of five new hires considers leaving on their first day.
