I help as accounts manager (treasurer) for a France Parkinson committee

Mission description

The objective of this mission is to ensure the management of accounts for the departmental France Parkinson committee. We welcome you warmly and in a friendly atmosphere! As a volunteer in charge of accounts, after a training period you will be responsible for: • Receiving invoices after validation by the departmental delegate • Processing invoice payments by transfer • Filling out the accounts management software (intranet) and managing entries/exits • Informing the departmental delegate of account movements if necessary • Working with the accounting department at the association's headquarters • Methodically filing invoices for submission to headquarters twice a year
