A volunteer reference person works constantly in the field. Main missions include approaching and supporting host organizations and partner organizations, then following guest visits. From initial contact to follow-up, the reference person is the key contact reassuring and supporting various actors throughout the Bureaux du Cœur adventure. Bureaux du Cœur offers being part of an innovative, ambitious project, participating in changing perspectives on homelessness, and joining committed volunteers across the territory. Available to you: integration and training programs (theoretical and practical), tools (CRM database, Notion guides/FAQs).
