Entering work or choosing a career path is crucial, often more challenging for young people in child welfare. Become a mentor with Les Ombres and guide someone ages 14-21 toward professional success. Guide young people through orientation and job placement based on their needs: help with CV and cover letters, active job search, interview preparation, application reviews, and learning workplace culture. Accompaniment is tailored to each young person's path.
