Entering the workforce or choosing a career path is crucial, often more difficult for youth in child protective services. Become a mentor with Les Ombres association and guide a young person (14-21 years old) to give them professional world skills and help build their future. Your role is to guide them through career orientation and job placement. You can help with: CV and cover letter writing, internship and apprenticeship research, job interview preparation, document review and compilation (like Parcoursup), and discovering workplace codes.
