Organize social gatherings and intercultural workshops in schools. Conduct home visits with volunteer pairs to assess host families' suitability. Follow up with families and youth after arrival in France, ensuring monthly contact and serving as a resource for issues. Monitor students' progress at school and facilitate their intercultural experience. Prepare pre-departure workshops and recruit host families.
