V.M.E.H 49 (Visite des Malades et Résidents en Hôpitaux et en EHPAD)Mission description
Visit hospitalized patients for medium to long-term care at the Medical Care and Rehabilitation Service (SMR) Terre et Maine at Angers Hospital and other follow-up care services for 6+ months. Visit once weekly or bi-weekly, providing kind and reassuring presence. Patients benefit from time to discuss meaningful topics. You will be supported by an association representative during initial visits. We are a public utility association supporting isolated and hospitalized people or those in care facilities.
