Working in pairs, you provide both moral and methodological support to people facing employment challenges. You participate in monthly solidarity group meetings with all volunteers for mutual support, networking, and community building. You benefit from training programs, seminars, and inter-group meetings at the regional and national level. The organization provides essential training to ensure quality one-on-one mentoring, helping job seekers regain confidence and define their professional goals.
