Lead a scout group of about 40 youth aged 6-18 in Panazol. Your role involves running yearly activities using scout pedagogy and organizing a summer camp. Commit to monthly meetings with a yearly theme, at least four day or weekend events, and a summer camp lasting 1-3 weeks depending on age. Help create imaginative meetings while encouraging children to become independent and succeed together. You'll be supported by unit leaders and group teams.
