If you're over 17 and want to build a better world with young people through projects, camping in nature, games, and campfires, this is for you! Scout education focuses on citizenship and spirituality through nature, play, and adventure. We'll train you and support you so the children you lead become global citizens. You'll lead a group of 10 to 20 young people with a team of 3 to 4 scout leaders. This role helps children develop autonomy while you grow alongside them.
