I provide quality supervision and leadership for children aged 8-10 as part of an education team. My approach is based on learning through play, projects, teamwork, and nature. I create a living space where young people can dream, act, succeed in their projects, live in community, and find meaning in their lives. No prior experience or scouting background required—trainings (partly funded) are offered throughout the year.
