Provide general medical consultations for vulnerable individuals, addressing essential priority care needs. We take time to listen, provide personalized care, and identify situations impacting health. All patients are satisfied, even when referred to more complex care or awaiting social benefits. Complex cases are referred to PASS (healthcare access points). Standard imaging or biological tests may be prescribed with appropriate follow-up.
